Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Burger buns (4)

Optional toppings: avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce

Instructions

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, ensuring they are compact and uniform in thickness for even cooking.

Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. If using an outdoor grill, preheat it to medium-high.

Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the heated surface. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden and then flip. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted.

Toast the Buns: In the last couple of minutes of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill or in the same skillet to toast until golden brown.

Assemble the Burgers: On each toasted bun, place a chicken patty and add your desired toppings such as avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, or a sauce of your choice.

Serve: Enjoy your delicious White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers hot with a side of your favorite fries or a fresh salad!
