8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

1 clove garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)

Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary for an even texture.
