2 cups fresh watermelon, diced and seeds removed

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup coconut water or regular water

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, sliced banana, and halved strawberries.
