1 cup silken tofu

1 ripe banana, frozen

1 cup almond milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Chia seeds or granola (for topping, optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the silken tofu, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
