1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup finely diced pickles or relish

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon capers (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.

    Add the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      Stir in the diced pickles or relish, chopped onion, and capers if using.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the acidity or sweetness by adding more vinegar or ketchup as desired.

          Cover the dressing and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
