Ingredients
  

For the Sweet Rolls:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

½ tsp salt

½ cup whole milk, warmed

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

For the Strawberry Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-4 tbsp fresh strawberry puree

1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.

      - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

        Make the Cheesecake Filling:

          - In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in the diced strawberries gently. Set aside.

            Assemble the Sweet Rolls:

              - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

                - Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 12x18 inches). Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.

                  - Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
