Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)

Additional fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Gently fold in the chopped strawberries to the oat mixture.

In a separate small bowl, whip the cream cheese to soften it further, then swirl it into the oat mixture, creating a marbled effect.

Divide the mixture evenly into jars or containers with lids.

Cover each jar/container and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.

Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top and garnish with additional fresh strawberries if desired.

Enjoy your delicious strawberry cheesecake overnight oats straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl!
