Ingredients

8 oz ramen noodles

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook Ramen Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes for maximum flavor.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until they start to become tender.

Cook the Steak: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the marinated steak. Sear it for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Stir everything together to combine with the vegetables.

Combine Ramen and Stir-Fry: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are well combined with the steak and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and plate the stir-fried ramen. Top with chopped green onions, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy your delicious and hearty Steak Stir-Fried Ramen!
