Ingredients

4 slices of thick brioche or challah bread

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Butter or non-stick spray for frying

Powdered sugar (for serving)

Optional: S'mores sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Assemble the French Toast: Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. Allow any excess to drip off.

Add S'mores Fillings: While the bread is soaking, sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers on one side of each soaked bread slice.

Cook the French Toast: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or non-stick spray. Place the bread slices, filling side up, on the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown, then gently flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden and the filling is melted.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the French toast from the skillet. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with S'mores sauce if desired. Serve hot and enjoy this decadent treat!
