1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)

Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
