1 cup cottage cheese

4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Mixed greens or lettuce leaves for serving

Cracked black pepper for garnish

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice (if using). Mix well until creamy and smooth.
