20 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat

1/2 cup cooked scallops, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 lemon, zest and juice

2 cups marinara sauce

Fresh parsley for garnish, chopped

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

      Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, crab meat, shrimp, scallops, garlic, spinach, red pepper flakes, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.

        Fill the shells: Using a spoon, carefully fill each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture, packing it lightly but fully.

          Layer the sauce: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange the filled shells on top of the sauce.

            Final touches: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well coated. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

              Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Garnish and serve: Once baked, take out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
