Ingredients

1 cup shredded corned beef

1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sliced rye or pumpernickel bread, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Base: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the Flavor: Stir in the shredded corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Transfer to Bakeware: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (around 8x8 inches works well) and spread it out evenly.

Bake to Perfection: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Serve: Pair with sliced rye or pumpernickel bread for dipping or even crispy tortilla chips for a fun twist. Enjoy your Reuben dip hot and gooey!
