Ingredients

2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Ice cubes (optional, for an extra chill)

Mint sprigs and watermelon wedges for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the chilled watermelon cubes, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), fresh mint, and lime juice.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired texture is reached.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if necessary.

Once blended, pour the smoothie into tall glasses.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of watermelon on the rim of each glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing burst of flavors!
