1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

Fresh watermelon slices

Sliced strawberries

Granola

Chia seeds

Coconut flakes

Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, coconut water, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.

Prepare the Bowl: Pour the smoothie mix into a serving bowl, using a spatula to smooth the top.

Add Toppings: Decorate your smoothie bowl with fresh watermelon slices and sliced strawberries. Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes on top for added texture and flavor. Finally, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
