Ingredients
  

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, chopped peanuts, dark chocolate shavings, or fresh berries

Instructions
