Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark, your choice)

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until well combined and the mixture is thick and cohesive.

Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.

Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal later.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly using a spatula, pressing it down firmly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the fudge base and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

If desired, sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the melted chocolate for added crunch and flavor.

Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Once set, remove the fudge from the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
