Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked turkey breast, diced

1 medium cantaloupe, halved and seeds removed

1 medium honeydew melon, halved and seeds removed

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Mixed leafy greens, for serving

Optional: chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans) for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Melons: Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop out the flesh from the cantaloupe and honeydew melons. Cut the melon balls into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the diced turkey, melon pieces, and halved grapes. Gently toss to distribute the ingredients and add the chopped mint leaves for a fresh flavor boost.
