1 cup fresh orange juice (about 3-4 oranges)

Zest of 1 orange

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

3 large egg whites

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
