8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup roasted red peppers (pimentos), chopped

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 2-3 green onions, finely chopped for added crunch

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add the chopped roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard to the cheese mixture. Stir until well incorporated.

      Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference for spice and flavor.
