Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 oz sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Optional: Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate into triangles.

Add Fillings: On the widest part of each triangle, place a couple of slices of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the triangle towards the pointed end to form a crescent shape. Make sure to seal the edges so the cheese doesn't escape.

Brush with Egg Wash: Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg to give them a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
