Ingredients

1 large pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup refried beans

1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey (seasoned with taco seasoning)

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 avocado, sliced (for topping)

Sour cream (for drizzling)

Jalapeños (optional for extra heat)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat while you prepare the pizza.

Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to fit a pizza stone or a baking sheet. Transfer to the preheated surface.

Spread the refried beans evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

Spoon the cooked ground beef or turkey evenly over the beans.

Pour the salsa over the meat, spreading it evenly to cover the pizza.

Sprinkle both cheeses generously on top of the salsa, ensuring an even layer.

Add the diced tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeños (if using) on top of the cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.

Top with chopped green onions, cilantro, and avocado slices.

Drizzle sour cream over the top before slicing into wedges and serving.
