2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup lemonade (preferably homemade or high-quality store-bought)

1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and the lemonade, mixing until just combined. The dough will be slightly sticky.

      Pour in the heavy cream and gently fold it into the mixture until it forms a soft dough. Be careful not to overmix!

        Lightly flour a clean surface and turn the dough out onto it. Pat the dough into a disk about 1-inch thick.

          Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out scones. Place the cut scones on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the scones are lightly golden on top.

              Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delightful scones warm or at room temperature, perhaps with a bit of butter or lemon curd!
