4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice and zest of 1 large lemon

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1/2 cup chicken broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano on both sides. Ensure all sides are evenly coated with spices.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
