Ingredients
  

1 lb ground pork sausage

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch casserole dish or a similar-sized baking dish.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, smoked mozzarella, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

        Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and mix together. Then, stir in the beaten eggs until everything is combined evenly.

          Transfer the mixture to your prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly across.

            Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese for a delicious browned crust.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and the top is golden and bubbly.

                Once baked, remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
