1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 lb Italian sausage (mild or hot, your preference)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup onion, chopped

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Olive oil for sautéing

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and drain excess grease.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent. Add in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.

        Mix the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).

          Assemble the Quiche: Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie pan. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese across the bottom of the crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

            Bake: Carefully transfer the quiche to the preheated oven. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
