1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

1 ½ cups milk

1 large egg

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup crushed graham crackers

½ cup chocolate chips

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Extra graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure it’s hot and ready for the batter.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

      In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are okay.

        Fold in the mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips into the waffle batter gently so they are evenly distributed.

          Spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to cover the grid (amount will depend on your iron's size).

            Close the waffle iron and cook according to your machine’s specifications, usually around 4-5 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

              Carefully remove the waffles and place them on a plate. Continue the process with the remaining batter, spraying the waffle iron as needed.
