1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra mini marshmallows and chocolate for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined (don’t overmix).

      Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.

        Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

          Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 more minutes.

            Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent burning.
