Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup dill pickles, sliced

¼ cup diced white onion

For the Special Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons French dressing

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of special sauce in the center of the tortilla. Add a portion of cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pickles, and diced onion.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to secure all the fillings inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Serve: Slice each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious Homemade Big Mac Wraps!
