1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)

1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat)

1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast (or canned chicken)

½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed

½ cup corn (canned, frozen, or fresh)

1 small red bell pepper, diced

¼ cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Tortilla chips or vegetable sticks, for serving
