Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat them thoroughly in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C). Oil the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking.

Grill the Chicken Tenders: Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off. Place them on the hot grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken tenders from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
