Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Meat: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Form the seasoned beef into 4 equal-sized patties. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the patties to melt.

Assemble the Wraps: While the patties are grilling, lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, place a grilled cheeseburger patty. Add a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles on top of the patty.

Spread the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together. Drizzle a tablespoon of the sauce over each burger stack.

Wrap it Up: Fold in the edges of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Ensure the filling is secure inside.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a clean skillet or grill over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill, slice them in half, and serve warm with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
