1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Heat the Butter: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until sizzling.

      Cook the Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken bites to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

        Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and thyme. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

          Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss well to ensure each piece is coated in the sauce. Allow it to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
