2 cups rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, chopped)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots, chopped)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
