2 large cucumbers

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt, to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Start by washing the cucumbers thoroughly. Cut off the ends, then slice them into approximately ¼-inch thick rounds.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls. Gently toss them together to mix evenly.

      Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the salad.

        Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the salad followed by the balsamic glaze. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

          Using a spatula or tongs, carefully toss all the ingredients until everything is well-coated with the dressing.
