Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

2 cups egg noodles

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it's no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Transfer the cooked beef, onions, and garlic to the crockpot.

Add the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Italian seasoning into the crockpot. Stir everything together until well combined.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the egg noodles. If necessary, add a bit more beef broth or water to ensure the noodles have enough liquid to cook properly.

Once the noodles are tender, add the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheeses melt and blend into a creamy sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
