1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1 avocado, diced

½ cup salsa

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder
