Ingredients

12 slider rolls (preferably Cuban bread or sweet Hawaiian rolls)

1 lb thinly sliced roast pork

1 lb sliced ham

8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced

½ cup dill pickles, sliced

¼ cup yellow mustard

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Slider Rolls: If you're using Hawaiian rolls, slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. If using Cuban bread, slice them in half to create individual rolls.

Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of the rolls, spread a layer of yellow mustard. Then, layer the roast pork, followed by the ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickle slices.

Top the Rolls: Place the top half of the rolls on top of the assembled ingredients.

Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Mix well to create an herbed butter.

Brush the Sliders: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the assembled sliders.

Bake the Sliders: Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese has melted.

Add Final Touches: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to let the tops get golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
