1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by patting the salmon pieces dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy during frying.

    Set Up Breading Station: In three separate bowls, place the all-purpose flour in one, the beaten eggs in the second, and mix the panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in the third.

      Coat the Salmon: Dip each salmon piece into the flour, shaking off excess. Then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Set aside on a plate.

        Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the sriracha to taste based on your preferred spice level.
