Ingredients

1 package of Boursin cheese (about 5.2 oz)

1 cup of breadcrumbs (Panko works best for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, cucumbers, or carrots) for dipping

Crackers or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Breadcrumb Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, thyme, olive oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Coat the Boursin: Take the Boursin cheese and carefully cut it into smaller pieces (or leave it whole) depending on your presentation preference. Dip each piece into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Press the breadcrumbs onto the cheese to help them stick.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated Boursin pieces on a lined baking sheet, spaced apart to allow for even cooking.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Serve warm with an assortment of fresh vegetables and your choice of crackers or baguette slices for an irresistible dip!
