Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing into the cheese sauce, mixing until well incorporated. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet, followed by the cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
