Ingredients
  

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

1/2 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup pizza sauce

1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

1 cup additional shredded cheese (mozzarella or a cheese blend)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

      Add the milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

        Gently fold in the 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the batter.

          Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet with olive oil. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.

            Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until it's lightly golden.

              Remove the crust from the oven and carefully spread the pizza sauce over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.

                Layer your assorted toppings evenly over the sauce.

                  Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese generously over the toppings.

                    Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                      Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your Crazy Crust Pizza!
