1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (optional, for a mocha twist)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.

    Stir the mixture gently until it is warmed through, but do not bring it to a boil.
