1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra spiciness

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parsley, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

Add Greens: Top the chicken mixture with a handful of fresh spinach leaves.

Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up tightly to create a wrap.

Heat the Wraps: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with a side of marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
