1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Sour cream or ranch dressing for serving (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
