Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until they're warm and pliable. This will help in rolling them without tearing.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach, a spoonful of the cheesy chicken mixture, and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes.
