Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 large flour tortillas

Olive oil, for frying

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it's fully cooked. Drain excess fat and return to heat.

Mix Cheese and Spinach: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Rolls: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place about a generous 1/3 cup of the beef filling along one edge of the tortilla. Roll it up tightly and tuck in the sides to seal. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook the Rolls: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the rolls seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from heat, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy your cheesy beefy goodness!
