Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onions and minced garlic until the meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped dill pickles and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Place a generous amount of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each triangle.

Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch and to ensure they are tightly sealed.

Brush the tops of the pockets with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with ketchup and mustard if desired.
