Ingredients

1 lb shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing, for a classic twist)

12 slider buns (mini brioche or sandwich rolls)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup sliced tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes, halved)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your heat preference.

Toast the Buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the slider buns on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with melted butter. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until they are just toasted.

Assemble the Sliders: Once the buns are toasted, take the bottom halves and start layering. First, add a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture. Then, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top, followed by shredded lettuce, and a slice or two of tomato.

Dress it Up: Drizzle ranch dressing over the top (or blue cheese if preferred) and place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Final Bake (Optional): If you want your sliders warm and melty, you can place the assembled sliders back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese thoroughly.

Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
