Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for that extra zing)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the shredded chicken, Frank's Buffalo Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine all ingredients.

Fold in the cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) until evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish or a similar oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through. If you want a golden top, you can broil it for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
